Waid Flash Cover Debacle Clarified

Thanks for JP at OPB for clarifying which covers are going to be which for the new Waid Flash omnibus. Short version, DC has been saying there was going to be a DM cover for this book and simply NEVER solicited images. Then we just found out what we thought was going to be the standard cover is the DM and the standard cover is now something else. So here it is.
